How much distance between 2 riders can work?

It can work maximum upto 1200 meter. Ideally in open air in Indian terrain it works from 300 800 meters.

Can it fit on my helmet?

Its a universal intercom and can easily fit on any helmet in which padding is removable.

How many riders can talk at a time?

At a time you can connect with 5 more riders, i.e. total 6 riders, but out of them only 2 can talk at time, If you want to talk to third person.
